At this time, we can only offer refunds to customers who receive incorrect items or items that are damaged. To request a refund, please email us at businessoperations@nyls.edu within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of your order so that we can help you.
Exchanges for different sizes or colors aren’t possible, so we always recommend that you look at our sizing chart before making any orders.
